Grotta del Saraceno Camping Village Regulations

Our organization aims to offer a quiet and relaxing holiday to our guests.

To achieve this condition in a climate of peaceful coexistence, it is essential to follow the regulations.

HOURS - Management 08:00 - 13:00 16:00 - 20:00, Cash 08:00 - 12:00 16:00 - 19:00.

CREW- Crew means the only group of persons identified and declared on arrival. It is absolutely forbidden to occupy a pitch with more than six persons and / or more than one facilities,  although it is caravan or tent. People surprises inside the Camping Village without authorization will be reported for house breaking according to the law art. 614 of the penal code.

ADMISSION- Admission to C.V. will be authorized by the Management. Completed logging operations according to law, the Customer will be given the own place, at management discretion, and delivered a corresponding marking (colored identifying bracelet). Customers are required to wear clearly visible, their bracelet. If you lose it  the customer is invited to go to the Management. Admission into the Camping Village means for the customer to accept these regulations, tariffs and terms of payment in it.

ENTRY AND EXIT - The entrances and exits from C.V. are allowed only from the main entrance. The entrance gate is monitored 24 hours 24. Please bring always with you your personal  pass (bracelet)  that you received by the check-in desk, show it, spontaneously,  to the control staff whenever necessary, when entering and exiting from C. V., at the entrance to the pool or when you want to take the shuttle to the beach.

MINORS - We do not accept minors without the presence of at least one parent for the duration of the stay. Parents should always being with the children in the use of various facilities and toilets and they are responsible for any damage caused by their children to people or things.

ANIMALS - No pets of any kind and size.

DEPARTURES - The living facilities and / or occupied pitch must be vacated no later than 09:00 am the day of departure, otherwise the second night will be charged another fee. Payment should be made at the time cash (08:00 to 12:00 am and 16:00-19:00 pm), not later than the day before departure. The customer must present the receipt of payment at the departure to the gatehouse attendant.

CIRCULATION - The motorized vehicles can not circulate within the C.V. except on arrival and departure for the loading and unloading operations. It is not allowed circulation of vehicles inside the structure for reasons different from those listed above, unless expressly authorized by management.

SILENCE - From 14:00 to 16:00 from 24:00 to 7:00, There is the silence time and are forbidden any kind of noise that may disturb the other guests. . In any case, during the rest of the day you should have a correct behavior towards the other guests. During these hours are not allowed: arrivals or departures, assembly or disassembly equipment, the use of sound equipment, the entry, exit and circulation of any vehicle inside the C.V. except for electric service vehicles.

USE OF FACILITIES - The use of equipment, sport  facilities and /or recreational activity, and even the participation at the entertainment activities are at risk of the guest.  It is forbidden to play soccer, volleyball and bowls out of the special areas.

PARKING - The C.V. has fenced parking area located in the same area of relevance. For every legitimate guest will be assigned a parking space, at the discretion of the management, identified by delivery of a special badge to show off.

TOURS TO THE STRUCTURE- are allowed prior accompaniment by staff, unless otherwise ordered by the Management.

PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT - Cleaning the C.V. is entrusted to the good education of guests; therefore customers are encouraged to use the appropriate waste containers and leave the services, after use, in conditions of hygiene such that others can benefit from it.

ELECTRICITY - Electricity is delivered for exclusive use of lighting. It is absolutely forbidden to use household appliances that are not really camping. It is strictly forbidden to install, on metal supports, on plants or on facilities, antennas of any type for radio or television reception, without preventively agreement of the Management. The system is to 22O volts. The electrical connection and its use are totally responsibility of the customer who is required to install the cables out of reach of children using cables that respect the safety standards, is forbidden to arrange the cables on streets and to place them on vegetation. The staff of C. V. is authorized to detachment of any cable that does not conform with the above. The Management not respond in any case of irregularities or incidents connected to the improper use of the electrical system.

WATER - Water is a precious resource. Please use it when absolutely necessary to avoid any wastage. For washing of laundry and dishes are suitable sinks should not be confused with those intended solely for personal cleanliness. It is forbidden to wash cars, campers and caravans.

ACCIDENT AND THEFT - Management is not responsible for any hazards inherent in the movement and parking of cars and the  management  is not responsible for any damage to property or persons, particularly children, caused by carelessness or distraction. The Management does not respond in any way for the theft of items or money for damages caused by falling trees or branches and other damage caused by natural disasters, accidental and unpredictable. The guest is responsible for the damage that their equipment may cause to other people.

PROHIBITIONS - It 'expressly forbidden: - Light fires; - leave dangerous waste or bulky items (refrigerators, kitchens, cabinets) that will have to be disposed outside of the structure; - defacing, damaging or otherwise commit acts of vandalism damage to vegetation and facilities, to cut and/or damage plants, shrubs or even branches of existing vegetation, to dig holes or channels in the ground, spill liquid of any kind on the ground or close plants.  Any damage caused by the person responsible, in addition to pay damages, will be expulsion from the C.V. - Wash cars, motorcycles, boats and equipment; - Fenced with ropes, poles or anything else in the space reserved to its facility; - Hang clothes on show on the front of the main streets or walkways; - Hang Wires and cords  at eye level or hammock between two trees; - Keep on deposit more than one tank of gas; -Behave in a way disrespectful to the staff of Camping Village; -Dispose waste water from any source outside the points in charge properly indicated in the CV and / or outside of the toilets.

RESERVATION - Reservations are accepted for a stay weekly or multiple weekly from Saturday  16:00 pm to 09:00 am Saturday with reference to the facilities and from Sunday to Sunday for the residence EL CARIBE. The reservation requires the payment within 15 days of the request for a deposit amounting to 40% of the total, increased by € 20.00 per booking fee, not refundable. The remaining must be paid at arrival and no later than the day before departure. The reservation is binding, it implies that the guest must pay the entire amount of the booked period in case of early departure and / or late arrival.

BOOKING CANCELLATION - RIGHT OF CANCELLATION - In case of cancellation, be notified by registered letter with advice of receipt  (the postmark will attest), the deposit will be refunded in the following measures and procedures: 70% of the whole deposit if the registered letter is sent before the 60th day from the beginning of your stay. 50% of the whole deposit if the registered letter is sent between the 61st day and the 30th day before the beginning of your stay. No return if the registered letter is sent from the 29th day before the beginning of your stay. The refund will be measured always net of the reservation fees and postage costs. The refund will be made within the 30/09 of this year.

RESPONSIBILITY - Crew Chief (pitch or fixed structure) is responsible to the Camping Village for himself and for the crew. Norms contained in this Regulation of residence shall mean explicitly accepted at the time of the deposit and/or by signing the registration form, therefore, invites the crew Chief to want to be careful in reading the conditions before the signing and subsequent acceptance of same.

RULES FOR GUESTS OF FIXED STRUCTURE - Prices include electricity, water, gas and car parking (one car every fixed structure). The guest is obliged to take care of the structure and return it with their equipment in the same order and cleanliness with which it was delivered. The standard equipment for fixed structures is the following: refrigerator, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pillowcases, pillows and mattress covers. The linen and towels for the Residence EL CARIBE is included in the price. It is absolutely forbidden to occupy the facilities with a higher number of admissions to beds supplied even if they are babies. In case of early departure no refunds are allowed. The entrance into the facilities will be peremptorily between 16:00 pm and no later than 20:00 pm. The return of the facilities by the Customer shall not be later than 09:00 am the day of departure.

DEPOSIT - Upon registration is required to pay a sum amounting to € 50.00 for any possible damage caused to facilities and equipment. This amount will be fully refunded upon departure.

RULES FOR CAMPERS - The number of people declared on arrival will be charged for the entire period of stay without taking into account any days of absence. . If the crew resident should join other persons, (it is required the consent of the Management), will be charged the same fee, as well as in the case of early departure.

DAILY ENTRY - The visits will be allowed upon showing and delivery of identification and payment of the published rate.

POOL RULES - Opening  at 9:30 am, closing at 18:30 pm. Free use of the sunbed with no booking, subject to availability and depending on number of visitors daily. Pool availability to achieve maximum capacity. Children under the age of 10 years must necessarily be accompanied by an adult.

These Regulations will be delivered to the customer upon arrival, implying the complete acceptance of the same. The staff of Camping Village is authorized to enforce it and to indicate to the Management who does not follow it. the Management decides unquestionably the failure to comply with these rules and behavior that is damaging to the harmony and the spirit of Camping Village, and could imply expulsion of the same guest from village.
